     (3) Notice to the Replacement Customer regarding the
Replacement Customers contract termination notice due to
default or credit-related issues; and
   
     (4) Notice to the Replacement Customer that the
Replacement Customer is no longer creditworthy and has not
provided credit alternatives pursuant to Clear Creeks
tariff.
   
5.  Title Transfers of Gas in Storage.
   
     5.1 A Customer may transfer between the Customers FS
and IS accounts, or to another Customers account,
quantities of natural Gas that have been received for
storage.  A Customer making a transfer must provide Clear
Creek with immediate electronic, written or facsimile notice
of the transfer.  The notice must include the account from
